A new year and hope

It is with great delight that we have hosted our first 10 - 10 Super Saturday Sit'n'Sew.   A fantastic day where we had lots of space between our tables and each other.

Masks were not an impediment to talking!!!!!  With so much catching up to do with each other and getting to know some visitors, there was a lot of talking done!!  Even better, our visitors became members on the day!  What's better than that?

There was so much variety in the projects people were working on.  All the techniques could be seen; applique, embroidery, string piecing, scrap piecing, amazing hexagons, chain piecing, you name it, somebody was doing it.

In that vein,  while we are being very mindful of changing restrictions, we are being hopeful of getting together again very soon for another day of indulging our craft and friendships.  Members will be updated via e-mail and out facebook page in the event of any changes.
