More October Show'n'Tell

October was certainly a very busy month with Kilmore Quilters.  This blog writer did not get to the night gathering, but the day gathering had lots of wonderful work on display.  We were also honoured with a visit from the local MP who sat and chatted with us while having her morning cuppa.  She certainly seemed to be very impressed with our productivity.  Here's a snapshot.....

Clamshells

English Paper Piecing

Hand Piecing

Stunning Applique, some which was a new start and others were well on the way to having lots completed....

Also, not to be missed was the embroidered quilt adorned with beautiful embroideries of pooh bear and tigger, as well as a pieced (Go Tigers!) quilt and an in progress mix of all techniques with a Christmas theme.

Very creative people with a common bond.  And, with so many ideas flying around in our heads as we leave the group, after seeing all that inspiration, we'll have lots to chat about when we next get together in November.  Hope to see you there. :)
